Omega Seiki Mobility is poised to secure ₹400-500 crore through a pre-IPO round in the next three months, followed by an IPO launch later this year. The funds will drive the expansion of its truck division, significantly enhancing its production capabilities.
“We are laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth, with the pre-IPO process already underway,” said Uday Narang, Chairman of Omega Seiki. The company will initially manufacture its Mika range at the Faridabad facility, while a state-of-the-art truck production plant in Chakan, Pune, is set to commence operations by late 2025.
This strategic expansion will boost Omega Seiki’s annual production capacity from 5,000 to 25,000 units, positioning the company for significant growth in the electric mobility sector.
