Oyo To Cross Rs 2100 Crore in Q4FY25, Founder Ritesh Agarwal Assures

Oyo is likely to achieve more than 60% revenue growth during the fourth quarter of FY2025 with an aim of Rs 2100 crore, as per a statement provided by the founder Ritesh Agarwal. In a company mail to Oyo senior leaders, Agarwal emphasized that Oyo’s organic revenue growth stands at 42%, driven by hard markets like India and the US, as well as emerging markets in South East Asia and the Middle East.

Among the major factors fueling Oyo’s performance is the integration of G6 Hospitality, which has contributed Rs 275 crore to the top-line of the company. Even if this integration did not exist, Oyo’s top-line could reach Rs 1886 crore, showing organic growth.

Going forward, Oyo has been looking to achieve a profit after tax of Rs 1100 crore in FY2026 and an EBITDA target of Rs 2000 crore. In Q3FY25, Oyo achieved revenues of Rs 1636 crore, 26% higher year on year. Oyo also reported a profit after tax of Rs 166 crore in the quarter, while adjusted EBITDA increased 22% to Rs 249 crore from Rs 205 crore in Q3FY24.

The fact that Oyo performed well in its main markets indicates a positive future for the company’s growth pattern in forthcoming years.
